Description
LCP self-reinforces during processing (melt orientation of rigid-rod molecules), providing exceptional stiffness and strength with minimal warpage. Excellent high-frequency dielectric properties, chemical resistance and flame retardancy (UL94 V-0). Used in miniaturised precision components.
Applications
LCP is used in 5G/millimetre-wave connectors, miniature SMT components, dental instruments, optical reflectors and high-frequency PCBs.
