PES (Polyethersulfone) is a high-performance amorphous thermoplastic with outstanding heat resistance (Tg ~220°C), inherent flame retardancy and excellent hydrolytic stability.
Description
PES offers long-term service up to 180°C, excellent resistance to steam sterilisation and hydrolysis, inherent flame retardancy (UL94 V-0), and good transparency. Used in critical engineering and medical applications where high purity and heat resistance are required.
Applications
PES is used in aerospace components, medical sterilisation trays, filtration membranes, electrical insulators and EV battery components.
